There is not only one best model that should be explored when trying to figure out if a child is growing at a normal rate as the rest of their peers, and therefore, both of the approaches that were looked at, above, are excellent choices. The expression, “two heads are better than one”, is true in this case, because although the Piagetian Theory is a little dated, many of the concepts that were hypothesized and discovered, by the famous psychologist Jean Piaget, are still looked at today as being correct.
